Annual Church Picnic

We will celebrate the beginning of the church year with our annual church picnic on September 8 immediately following worship on the Upper Green (Koe Hall if required for weather).  We will provide burgers, hotdogs, and beverages.  Sides and desserts are potluck, so bring your favorite dish to share. There will also be fun activities for all ages. We do need volunteers in many areas – please see the listed coordinator if you can help:

Set-up (both Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning) and Clean-up – Heather Rowley

Grills (we need two more) and Grilling – Tom Glick

Food/Drink Set-up and Serving – Nancy Reilly

Activities – Amy Erhart or Julie Clark

The picnic is a great kick-off to the new year.  Consider bringing a friend or neighbor to share in the food, fun and fellowship!
